Impact Development Roundtable is a quarterly convening of over 75 individuals from non-profit, government agencies, private organizations and socially conscious development corporations. This roundtable meets to identify large scale potential real estate development projects in the area. Through the implementation of investment vehicles and development of strategic cross-section partnerships, this roundtable can work toward creating larger and sustainable social development projects in Philadelphia.
