Foreclosure Prevention Resource Center

Welcome to the Foreclosure Prevention Resource Center, an initiative from the Urban Affairs Coalition’s Department of Community & Economic Development (CED) Foreclosure Prevention Task Force based in Philadelphia.

This site is designed to provide helpful information and contacts to homeowners who are trying to save their homes from foreclosure, as well as a resource to help professionals such as counselors, attorneys, social workers and community leaders.

A special feature, the Counselors’ Circle allows select Philadelphia area housing counselors and public interest attorneys to ask each other questions and exchange advice on how best to help their clients save their homes.
